Hosting & security

The TruckFlow platform is deployed in the Microsoft Azure France Central region (Paris). The following measures protect our customers' data:

  • Location — application, PostgreSQL database, documents and photos, secrets and logs are hosted in the France Central region.
  • Encryption — HTTPS-only connections (TLS 1.2 minimum) and mandatory encrypted connections to the database; data encrypted at rest (AES-256) by Azure.
  • Secrets — technical keys and passwords kept in Azure Key Vault; services authenticate with a managed identity, with no secrets in the code.
  • Documents — private storage with no public access and file versioning.
  • Isolation — each customer has its own space; the customer filter is applied automatically to every query.
  • Access — roles and per-branch scopes, account lockout after 5 attempts, sessions closed as soon as a right changes, audit log of sensitive actions.
  • Backups & monitoring — automatic database backups, logs and telemetry centralised in Azure Monitor.

Website privacy

ADJO GROUP is the controller of the data collected on this website. We only collect what is strictly necessary:

  • No cookies, no trackers — this website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement, advertising or embedded social network.
  • No third-party resources — fonts, images and scripts are served from truckflow.live: browsing triggers no request to any third party.
  • Technical logs — like any web server, the hosting may record the IP address, date, requested page and browser, for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.
  • Demo requests — the information entered in the form (name, company, business email, fleet size) is only used to handle your request and get back to you. It is never sold or transferred, and is kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact.

Legal basis: ADJO GROUP's legitimate interest in securing its website and answering the requests it receives, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data processed in the platform

For the data your teams record in TruckFlow (users, drivers, vehicles, missions, positions, photos, documents), your company is the data controller and ADJO GROUP acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR. As such, ADJO GROUP:

  • processes the data only on the customer's instructions and to deliver the service;
  • binds its staff to confidentiality and applies the security measures described above;
  • limits driver location tracking to missions: the position is only sent between the start and the closing of a mission, with a visible indicator on the phone;
  • helps the customer answer data subject requests and notifies it of any personal data breach;
  • returns and then deletes the data at the end of the contract, as set out in the data processing agreement.

Technical service providers

  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Azure) — hosting, France Central region.
  • Mapbox, Inc. (United States) — route and distance calculation: only geographic coordinates are sent, with no name or personal identifier.
  • OpenStreetMap Foundation — map backgrounds displayed in the portal, loaded directly by the browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. For website data, contact ADJO GROUP through the contact form or by post to the registered office. For platform data, first contact your employer, who is the controller: ADJO GROUP will assist them in responding.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
